Hello to all!I need your help regarding logging of my application for canadian immigration,

1--------- I am submitting my application to nova scotia or first time should i submit the related documents too at this time or only specific application forms are to be submitted?
2---------My sister also applied in fast track and now her case is alomost complete and canadian high commision requeted her for passports of her family for visa but she did not submitted til now but she wil do it.CAN HER STATUS AT THIS STAGE GIVE ME POINTS ? IF NOT WHEN CAN I GET HER POINTS AS RELATIVE IN CANADA?

1.Permanent residence application form ,
2.Background declaration form,
3.Economic class form ,
4.Additional family information form ,
5.Fee payment form
&
Copy of passport's Biodata page
2 self addressed mailing labels
Document Checklist
Last but not the least
FEE payment

No need to send any other supporting document

Unfortunately at this stage u are not able to get the Points for ur sister's case. It would be only possible after her full PR status at Canada( landing at Canada and getting the PR card).

For Canada:
You do not need to submit any additional documents other than what is mentioned in check list at
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/pdf/kits/forms/IMM5612E.PDF

Other than these docs you may want to submit copy of IELTS test report as asked in one of the forms (IMM 0008 SCHEDULE 3) but it is not mandatory.

You can not claim points for your sister. The requirements for same are that your blood relative should have PR and currently residing in Canada

Since we are nearing the month end, do you think preparing a table of all applicants help to track at a later stage. Table can have following columns, Name, Date received at CIO, AOR date.
That ways when we will be in Feburary we will be able to track who got AOR when and what may be expected dates for others. What do you say?
