Sorry buddy , no idea specifically about Cairo office. But probably u ll get call within 2 months and medical within 3 months.

I wonder if you guys can access to "Client Application Status"?! I have typed my number start with B as Immigration File No., but it still said unable to identify my application.. Anyone has tried to access with the same problem I have?!

I've got a reply from CIC that my duties doesn't match with them. My NOC code 1111. Presently, I'm working as an Accounts Officer. They provide me a number B05......12. They have sent back my money. I don't know what I have to do now. Could you please provide me some suggestion ?

Sorry to hear about ur case. I can only advice in ur case that kindly give a thorough go at the job duties (for1111) given on the CIC website. If u feel these  match with ur "appointment letters duties/what u r doing in routine" then u should have to apply again. Pen down ur duties in more descriptive manner in ur application form exactly in accordance with the duties mentioned for NOC1111. I hope your case will be passed.

Unfortunately there is no method to communicate with CIO, NS.  I am sure u will get ur document request soon. Nothing to worry.

Please have patients. I have got my rejection letter by Canadian post after 4 months .... first time i applied 23rd of August 2009 and got the letter to resubmit the application on 4th of December 2009. Please check with your local mail delivery man .... by the way what is your visa office ?

Cutemomma  @ . Even I faced the same situation. Nothing was coming. After 4 months I received back the kit saying that I did not mention the correct interview location. I had mentioned India .. where as it should have been New Delhi.

I received my AOR today. WOOOHOOO..
Thanks for everyone who helped me when I had doubt or questions. Note that I resubmitted my application to CIO since I learnt from the forum regarding blank Fields. So I corrected the first one (CIO received on Dec 10) and resent a new corrected version (CIO received on Dec 23). That way I saved 2 months by avoiding the rejection due to the blank fields for the first application.

Now I have to wait a lenghty process of FBI check.

           Friend i sent my application on 5th march 2010 , but Now i realized that i did a mistake while filling out forms :-( Now i should resend my application again or i should wait until i receive response/rejection of application? I forgot to attach a form for spouse (additional family information). so what do you suggest , i should resend application right now without waiting for response from CIO ?

if i resend application now without waiting for response from CIO , then what would happen with fee ? they will need fee twice ?
