Hello All,

I have received a notification from CIC indicating that my application is being transferred to the local visa office for review.

Looking at the list of documents required by the local visa office (Buffalo) in my case; I see that the Original set of documents sent to CIO are llisted as well. Does that mean one must submit those documents all over again? Or does a copy of the original set of documents suffice?

when u applied and exactly when u got docs request??
And we all have to send the docs to our respective visa offices only....If we applied under FSW1...
Now please clarify your case???

I received AOR today by emal.

App received in NS on 24th Dec,

my cheque was cashed Feb 6th (I didnt know cause I put a certified cheque from TD bank)

I gotta run to have all other full documents!

Congrats guys

I sent my initial application on January 15th to NS. I found that I didnt put N/A in two fields i.e identity card(I dont have one) and education for my son(who is 6months old). I m wondering Can i send another application to fill above if my initial application get rejected I will save 30-40days time.

2. If my initial application if they approves by chance, what they do with my second application to NS ?

3. Do I need to put separate covering letter explaining the issue and re-send in the second application to NS ?
