Yesterday (24-Feb-2012) my consultant received MR from CHC-London thru TCS which extract are as under:
* Medical Examination of each family member
* Update Original Police Certificate of each family member
and timing for submission of these documents within 60 Days from letter dated 10-2-2012.
Timeline of my case are mentioned in Signature portion.
Previous History :
On Jan 19, 2012 CHC London send email to my consultant, which extract are as under:
* Need only two documents for update (Generic and Schedule A/Background Declaration)
* Update copies of passport biopage for each family member
* 2 recent photographs of each family member
* " We Should be in a position to issue medical forms for your family"
and timing for submission of these documents within 30 Days from email dated 19-1-2012. I have submitted above documents on 26-Jan-2012 which reach at CHC London on 3-Feb-2012.
Hope above information is a again Good News for entire Pre-June 2010 applicants.

Passports Request ------- Visas Stamping
Dear All,
After many months of waiting, thought of sharing the good news with all of you:
Today, the 27th Feb 2012, an e-mail finaly has been received from Canada Embassy Abu Dhabi requesting us to send the passports for visas stamping, we have to be in QUEBEC before the 12th September 2012.
It says passports will be returned within 10 days!!!!!!!!!!!
Guys, I have 2 questions:
1- We are planing to land and come back to Qatar to close our open issues, jobs, sale of cars, bank accounts closure, etc....., How long do we need to stay in Quebec upon landing? our Brotehr in law is already there, let's say, can we stay after landing 10 days and provide his address to collect the RP & IDs?
2- In our applications, we have mentioned our intention to live in National Capital City, what if we go directly and reside in Montreal instead? is there any issue?

As I understood, you left canada first time without PR card, then how did you re enter , after getting the PR card or before getting the card as well
Khalid, I came and left 10 days after landing. I was in and out. You can come by land and just show your Confirmation of Landing document to CBOs. As simple as that. Private transportation. The PR card is needed when you use any commercial transportation (by Air, land or water). SFD |

better get the PR card and then leave Canada.
it could take a month to get that. moreover, you should apply for health Card and get that before leaving Canada. Don risk your family members without having a Med card and fall in serious sickness which could occur anytime.
btw, which Airlines are you gonna take? Emirates?

they take more time these days for stamping visas. CHC Beijing is taking 2 months, I have been hearing that CHC Singapore is taking around 6 weeks to return the passports.
