Hi gauri... Im sorry to hear that...i hope you're feeling okay and well now... Me too, i was totally surprised  when i see the new lists of noc...4131/4121 is out in the list which makes me feel so anxious bout this..coz we belong in this category....but i still hope we will not be affected by this changes coz we already submitted our docu to respective VO of our country and already had a 2nd AOR...I really hope and pray that ours will not encounter problems anymore and soon will receive our medical request...i really praying for this....  @ doglover...how are you now? @ all members of this thread....I pray that we will all receive positive response from our respective VO...and soon be granted with maple leaf visa in God's time!!! Sorry to hear about your Health Gauri. I hope you have recovered now.
Yes the new list was a schoker, but I was little relieved that we applied well in time.
Do you plan to send CHC a letter if you do not hear from them next week also

No updates I am much behind in the queue. I see there is almost no activity for April applicants at CHC ND, so I am expecting any updates any time soon |

Hi All,
I had applied for AOR 0213, i received my AOR on 24th Feb and then i sent my file to delhi with all the required document.
After i sent my file to delhi visa office. i receive one acknowledgement which shows that they received my file on 29th april from my side.... In this they will mention i will hear from them in next 3 months.. so approximately by 29th july....
i am hoping for the best.
and also nova scotia office prepare my file and sent it to delhi office and it was reached to delhi on 3rd march...
But now i heard that the new NOC code list will be declared. so it will impact on old files? can any one have idea on this?

hi vipal, I would like to clarify New List is already declared. secondly it will not affect our applications as we are through the initial assessment.. Although our codes are no longer in the new list still we have to keep our spirits high, I too applied in April and got AOR on 24th April stating docs rec by them on 12th.. I m worried but I think that they are going to process all the application as per the time period given in the AOR letters. In my case its almost three months (till next monday). And fore most thing that is to be kept in mind is , All the new NOC conditions will be for CIO ,NS and all those applications which are now a days going to CIO will be reviewed under new laws.. their previous approvals cant be questioned or revised.. CIO will now do all the needful and give a green signal to applicant to go to respective Visa office and apply for Visa..Decion will be of CIO not of VO... as it was earlier in our cases that its at the discretion of the VO to grant the visa or not... So Dont Worry.. Everything is going to be Alright... reagrsd, gauri |
