Hi Every one,

I received the receipt of the VPF (Visa processing Fee) of spouse & child which i have send (Demand Draft) along with full documents. Receipt is dated 26th May 2010. My E-cas status is "Received By VO"

What it means? Is there any progress on my file.

Did any one received the receipt of VPF?

Dear All Applicants!

I have a confusion and definitely i think this is a problem for me. I have submitted my full doc to Singapore VISA office in 16th of June 2010.

Initially I didn't submitted the IELTS Score in CIO and I had calculated my points would be 68 with the IELTS Score, keeping in mind that

Reading:  6.5 (4)
Listening: 6.5 (2)
Writing:  6.5 (4)
Speaking: 6.0 (2)

But I have failed to obtain the perfect IELTS score, which turns into as following

Reading:  6.0 (2)
Listening: 6.0 (2)
Writing:  5.5(2)
Speaking: 6.0 (2)

I have 10+2+5 years of Study. the last one in Medical Graduation MBBS. My Partner has 4 years of Engineering Graduation. Has work experience < 2 years but 3< years. Age between 21 ~ 49; Have relative in Canada.

It seems like that my point Calculation would be 64 out of 67; What should I do now?

I am eagerly waiting for your comments.

Thanks

you have applied before 10th april-10 so VO officer can give you another chance at IELTS. My advice to you is to make another attempt at IELTS and if you meet the 67 points then send them the result alongwith cover letter.

VO is also human being, hope they ll consider
and, hope visa office ll not start within 3/4 month
u ll try this ur level best,as the noc changed,u ll not have another go

HI

Thanks for your suggestion. My NOC is 3112 and it is still in the list. However I will sit for the IELTS on 17th of July again. I have read the OP6 document. What I have found there is as below:

Any documents received and added to the file prior to the date of the letter, regardless of whether
or not the 120 days have elapsed, must be considered. Visa offices cannot refuse to consider
submissions made after 120 days, if the letters in either Appendix D or E have not been sent. It is
therefore important to produce the BF reports, make the final determination of eligibility and send the
letters promptly.

So i think, if i can send a better IELTS score before the VO starts processing my file, may be there is a chance. Guys please pray for me. this is very important for me and my family.

Thank you

Sorry to hear about your Health Gauri. I hope you have recovered now.

Yes the new list was a schoker, but I was little relieved that we applied well in time.

Do you plan to send CHC a letter if you do not hear from them next week also

Hi gauri...

Im sorry to hear that...i hope you're feeling okay and well now...

Me too, i was totally surprised  Shocked when i see the new lists of noc...4131/4121 is out in the list which makes me feel so anxious bout this..coz we belong in this category....but i still hope we will not be affected by this changes coz we already submitted our docu to respective VO of our country and already had a 2nd AOR...I really hope and pray that ours will not encounter  problems anymore and soon will receive our medical request...i really praying for this.... Sad

 @  doglover...how are you now?

@  all members of this thread....I pray that we will all receive positive response from our respective VO...and soon be granted with maple leaf visa in God's time!!!  God is always with us!!!! Smiley
