hello Everyone,

my documents have been returned to me due to some minor errors. i need some advise please.

1) typed the wrong amount of processing fee (shld be CAD550)
2) accdg. to them, i need to submit "USE OF A REPRESENTATIVE FORM (IMM 5476). please clarify that we really need to submit this form event though we do not have a representative?
3 i have indicated on the "VISA OFFICE REQUESTED FOR THE PROCESS OF YOUR APPLICATION" is "Philippines". This should be "Manila" right?

to all my kabayans who have successfully passed the initial stage. Some of your insights please (calling out FLOXS   - some advice please)

other than that, Im good to go again and re-submit the letter mailed by them. they have indicated that i need to re-submit the letter, i guess the letter will expedite the processing since they have checked already my papers.

Charissa,

Send a new application together with the letter and annexes.

Put Manila Visa Office as your designated visa office.

Your checklist must have ticked the Use of Representative Form that's why they are asking for it. (X it out if you dont have one)

Have around 2 to 3 people proofread it  so you can be somewhat relieved your application is gtg.

im sorry to hear that news....you're right ...when you re submit your applicastion maybe the processing would be faster since they already checked your application and identified the errors....adivice of BM is true...you should put Manila, Philippines as Visa office and try to read your application as many times as possible...

on our status today...we are still waiting for the mailed AOR though we already receive the emailed AOR...my hubby is now prparing for his IELTs on march and we are starting to gather our supporting documents...

BTW, do you still submit use of a representative form kahit direct kau. on their letter, they are saying that i need to submit .im just confused if i really need to submit pa.
