SSA Doglover ji..............mein june vich apni family naal canada gaya si te ik mahine baad vaapis aa gaya .............dubara jaan da hale sochya nahin si per ik problem aa gayi hai ki saade 3 PR card taan aa gaye hun but meri 7yrs. daughter da PR card nahin aaya.....Ki photo vich koi problem ho gayi hai......agar eh gal hai taan ki mainu visa expirydate jo ki 1oct.2011 hai us ton pehla dubara visit karna paina hai......plz reply soon.

visa te airport te cancel ho gya hai ji . You need to get Temporary travel document for your daughter . Eh CHC ND jaake mil sakdi hai . |

Navvy bhaajee is right, koi pangaa nai hai, hun bus tusee eak vaar land kar gay taan visa expiry hon vala koi chakkr nai aa, hun thonu bus apnee daughter daa travel document issue karonaa painaa jidoo vapis jaana Canada, n that is not a biggy |

Any news Punjabis....from New Delhi Visa Office for MI-1 (Pre June 26 applicants). Anyone got medical request in June/July/August 2011.
We all know that "Last come First serve" basis is apparently creating backlogs.
Atleast CIC should direct respective VOs for scrutinizing all the backlog applications for affirmative or negative eligibility & inform the applicants accodingly. If need be than they can hold the positive applications (of 38 NOCs not presently in demand) from issuing medical requests confirming that it will take a definite time period which will be strictly followed by the VO than delaying processing of applications with no timelines.
This will certainly kill the uncertainity in our minds.

I appreciate ur visualisation.Wish Chc could act according to our wishes ! VOS have their own priorities which are solely market based and formulated as per ministerial instructions. They do not want any disorportionate inflow of migrants in their country and disturb the employment opportunities,in the proccess.Yes,the best thing they could do is to restrict further acceptance of applications till the backlog is brought to a manageable level.
At this point of time,we can only wish and pray.
