No..even if your consultant is in Canada, passports will be sent to Indian address only.. WHen you submit your PPs, they will ask you to provide indian postal address. Everything except PPs will be sent to consultant in Canada. Mine lawyer is also in Canada...Mr. David Cohen, owner of this website.

yeah my passport are with me currently....my consultant lives in Canada...& his office is also situated in punjab, INDIA.... but i wonder why he put in my application Canadian Address?  |

yes true but you have choosen VERY LONG PATH, see chc first send documents to your consultant and then he will send them to yu , which will take considerable amount of time . not the right choice in my mind. |

It was a right choice...my case was a bit complicated so i needed a good lawyer for that. That was the reason, i hired him...i applied in 2009.
