Dear friend hi I'm very happy that u doing great work for punjabi's to help them. I have a query I wish to apply as skiiled worker NOC 7251 kindly do me a favour about documents. Because I had already applied for same through my lawyer but cio send back my application they said it's not complete and they send me via regular mail on Nov. 2010 unfortunatley till date I ldid not received any mail all my documents were lost and I don't know about what objection they point out on my application. Kindly help me. Thanks

Dear Lovely ! Welcome to the punjabi thread. I will suggest you to submit ur travel documents, ur educational qualifications for u and ur spouse,ur marriage certificate,ur work experience if u r employed with someone. If u r selfemployed then u have to provide additional documents such as ur income tax returns, ur contract with ur clients in writing, ur childrenz bonfide student certificate from their school. Hey wayne! Don't name it as a fraud without knowing everything. Let me explain everything to u. I have written that some money was borrowed from my father....means I had a Property in my name which we have sold only 4 months before applying for PR. That money was deposited in my fathers joint account with me coz my Pan card was not issued at that time. And it was a huge ammount. So at the time of submission I took some of the money from that account and added to my own joint account with my wife. So the money was mine and is mine. I don't want to delay my case for such huge statements and if they will check then I have the proof for that deal which was on my name. So I decided to send only bank certificate......Understand? Think for the next time when u call someone or something 'FRAUD'........... No hard feelings buddy. Took my precious time. Now 'm getting late for my job. Talk to ya later buddy. |
