yes...they must have a PR card to travel back to india....the visa that we all get is a single entry and will not be valid once entered in Canada...

tuhadi ecas status vich ik line likhi honee hai ki we have transferred your file to ndvo on so and so date. nowadays files are processed on file transfer date priority. hope it helps you to count your timeframe of processing.
