as explained by someone about random changes in ECAS . i think this is most appropriate answer to understand the random changes which happens in the Ecas other then guessing.

some body explained to me why there are some time loss of data or out of turn " in process" with RBVO details and as in case of people waiting for passports with visa disappering of address in ecas for them.

In simple language " when VO or someone work on our file  like for example they calculate our points , the POINTS are stored on their computer. Since front end computer (which we see when we log on) are networked with each other it is bound to show the points calculated by VO in theory but in actual it does not show us that.  because the instruction from VO are not to display this information , as a result ecas plays funny , like in process with RBVO details inside and stuff like that. in his terms it is called data lost.

I GOT MY PASSPORTS BACK TODAY, WAS REALLY HAPPY WHEN I GOT A CALL FROM POSTMAN, BUT THEN AGAIN IT IS ND CHC . I GOT LETTER SAYING THAT PLEASE RENEW YOUR PASSPORT AS  YOUR PHOTO IS VERY OLD  AND WE CANNOT STAMP VISA ON IT. IT JUST DELAY OF ANOTHER ONE MONTH . I HAVE TRAVELLED TO MORE THEN FIFTEEN COUNTRIES AND NEVER HAD PROBLEMME WITH PHOTO . BUT WHAT CAN I DO BUT TO WAIT.
