Many thanks for asking. First of all one thing , Embassy will not ask for any sort of documentation after medicals, I can assure u , I personally know many PR holders and gone through their cases as well, and never found and heard any sort of such demands after submission of medicals reports.
Regarding the another scene (when ur relative do direct report to CHC) I think the Embassy will give u time to clarify the matter. But they will definitely cut down ur 5 points.

Hi Ranjit ji, If you are claiming 5 points for your relative (sis-in-law) as per rule, you have to submit a photocopy of her Health Card and PR Card for verification. If you have already submitted these, there is no need to submit again. As you have told that your sis-in-law has sent you sponsor letter and you have submitted all the required documents, then where is the question of backing by your sis-in-law? But at the time of verification of your updated documents CHC may it confirm from your sis-in-law. You should wait for CIC to ask for these. Good Luck. |

main aaj bank to confirm kita hai......RPRF da DD jo main 25/11/09 nu send kita c...encash ho gaya hai...shukar hai rabb da....i was worried coz main PPs nd RPRF simple post rahi peje c.......
anybody plz help.....kaado tak aa sakda mera visa.....cant wait....

Dear Friends,
Pls answer my query.I applied in 2006 and in June 2009 i added AEO but received no reply from cic.At the same i also find my profession is comming in 38 category.But my consultant is saying that most of 38 cases are going rejected by cic.Pls advise that weather i should wait till cic ask me for medicals or i should apply parellel in 38 categories also.Pls give yr expert guidance.
hi even i applied in 2006. i was eligible in 38 NOC list so i applied again. received medicals last week. Go ahead. I think u should go to another consultant or PM me. i will give u contact of consultant thru whom i applied. Or u can apply by urself. no big deal.. all the best!!!! |
