Main paper Chandigarh ditta c, and eak gal daa dhyaan rakhioo kee Essay and letter word limit daa hee likhioo, main over kar taa c , so penalized hoo gia.

writing ch limit bilkul vi exceed nahi karni. jive essay ch 250 words di limit hai te je 270-280 ho gye ya ghat reh gye jive 220-230 te fer vi penality hai

Bilkul, 5-10 words ignore hoo sakdaay aa, but jay assi 5-10 lines jiadda yaan ghat likhday haan taan penalized ho jaai daa.

Examples:

In conclusion, I am of the view/opinion bla bla bla
From all of the above, it can be concluded that bla bla

Also remember that your opening statement should not be the same as the statement on your question paper:
It should have the same meaning but not written in the same way as the question. It should be made in such a way that it interest's the reader.It should also state your position/stand/view to the topic, either positive, negative or neutral.

Body: should be made up of your argument/your reasons in paragraphs, either pro or cons. You may want to draw a table on a piece of paper and then build on them. If you choose to remain neutral, then you will have to argue both the pro's and con's and end the topic with your own personal view (s) to the topic in discussion.

Always remember:
Opening statement.
Your view
Body in paragraphs.Your arguments/discussion/reasons.
Conclusion.

VERY IMPORTANT: Do not use any slang's, no abbreviations, eg I wanna, I gotta, AKA, FYI etc.
Use simple and straightforward English sentences. If you are not so good in English, do not make use of long sentences that might become meaning less.
