Just want to know where to get this since my employer doesnt have an idea.
What does this document looks like.
Any answer will be highly appreciated!

Let us guess, you are applying as a live in caregiver?
What they want is a diagram of the house of the employer showing all the rooms.

By looking at his or her home obviously,This is really a simple question,Doesnt your employer know how to sketch or draw?
