Hello all,

2 days ago i was approved..again..for Pnp, (i left my job and found another one).
in the past i have applyed for work permits online and in the mail, on sunday im going to go to the border and get one. ive never done this before and am abit nervous to be honist.

soo, I fill out the forms, take letter from pnp, my passport, current WP and $150.
Question is, Do i take cash or a cheque from the bank?
and when i get there i just tell them that i dont want to enter america, i just want to go back to canada for visa purposes?

Thanks for any help given.

Are you from a country whose citizens do not need visa to enter Canada? If not, do you have a valid TRV (the one pasted on the passport)?

You will need a letter of support from the Provincial Nomination program as well as your nomination certificate in order to obtain the permit.  If you don't have the letter from PNP, they are going to ask you where your LMO is and since you won't have one, they won't give you the permit.
