I am filing the application by myself, but I am unable to find the Address details. I am not sure where do I need to send my application.
Also, with my application, following are the documents I am submitting:
1.) Masters degree, Masters Degree transcripts, Bachelors Degree, Bachelors Degree Transcripts
2.) High school certificate and mark sheets.
3.) F-1 Visa, I-94, Copy of all pages of passport, All I-20s, OPT Cards
4.) All experience letters, Current job's first and last paystubs.
5.) TOEFL score (Year 2005)
6.) Copy of my new H-1b Visa Approval
7.) Enrollment letter from French School
8.) Current CV/Resume

Forms for filing Quebec Application
1.) Application for Selection Certificate
2.) Contract respecting Financial Self-Sufficiency
3.) Payment via credit card Form

Is there anything I am missing, Please let me know. . This is my first time filing the application, and I am unable to find a lawyer in my area(Phoenix, AZ) to help me. Any help is highly appreciated.
