Hello all
When apply as a skill worker and NOC #is one off the 38 jobs and meet every requirment, the first notice or file # is  come from local visa office or sydnye?

you send application to Sydney first and they send the File # to you first. Using that File# you send the full document to local office!!!

Yes I was wondered...
 caz sydney had application on May07/09 it is almost more than 3 months which I dont have any news from them.

What NOC category have you applied? Did you send the fee and other required forms? Did you send the documents by courier service or normal post?

Also one curious question - Have you taken IELTS? What is your score?

yes I did everything all is complete, Noc is 4131 which is one of the 38 job categories. over 5 years expriance paid money .... I know I should recive the letter for submiting my support doc. to local visa office.
but still I didnot recive anything form sydney no file # no nothing yettt.
my mark for IELTS is 7.5
