first AOR received..

Hello everybody here...

I finally got my first AOR from embassy. And they're asking me to send my Original/Valid Red-Colored Passport and Marriage Advisory from National Statistics Office

Anyone who can help me here, please..?
I don't know what's this Marriage Advisory from NSO.
Is this MA, the Certificate of Marriage from NSO?
Or is this different?
Thanks...

Any ideas and infos you'll share are highly appreciated... Thanks everyone...

Hello Jumong... thanks a lot for the reply.
I already finds out what's this advisory of marriages...
I went to the NSO office and requested for it...
My request is granted. Thanks God...

I got the CRS Form #5 which is somewhat like CENOMAR but this is what we can automatically get once we're already married and the marriage is registered at NSO database.

CRS Form #4 (CENOMAR) this is for a single person (proof for no marriage)
