Hi
   I am from Hyderabad,India, worked before in Dubai. Now I need to get PCC from Dubai. for that where I should go to obtain my Fingerprints, to be attested by Dubai Embassy in Delhi so that I can send them to Dubai Police to issue  my PCC. Help...

Call UAE embassy in Delhi, ask them what is their requirement to send the fingerprinting. It is not only you, there are thousands of people doing this and it should be common practice for them, they should be able to guide you - OR go to their website and see what you suppose to do.

I suggest you to approache the local police station and ask for finger print experts in Police... you will have a finger print bureau for every state....

You may need to pay some fees at the treasury and produce it...

I had done the same from Cochin where the Finger print bureau for Kerala is... for my Singapore PCC....

(The have a standard finger print form ).... My PCC / CNCC from S'pore is done and I have filed the full application last week....

I suggest better rely on government agencies....
