Hello,

Does someone knows that when you travel from USA and lets say to Canada for your PR and you are leaving forever, do you have to give your fingerprints at the US airport or at the US border when leaving? OR just have the passport stamped? What is the procedure for foreign nationals leaving from US.

Thanks,

None - just leave.  If you have a W-94 or I-94 you return them before you leave.  If you fly the airline will collect them and if you cross by land just hand them over to Canadian IO.

Thanks for your reply, what if you don't have a W-94 or I94?

My brother in law who lives in Toronto since 2006 got his tourist visa to USA, and he told that every time you cross to US they fingerprint, he said is a common procedure.
