Finding jobs in Canada

I am B E in Electronics Engg from Mumbai University.At present I am working in the Datacenter of ICICI Bank , troubleshooting live Application Servers (IIS /Oracle/Websphere/Pramati). I have completed my MCSE. Kindly let me know , what courses I will need to do, to find a job in Canada.

I am from India. Have 3 Years of experience in Back Office as a Post of Team Developer in the Company of BANK OF AMERICA.
I Have a dream of working in Canada.
