Find job from outside canda

Dear moderato,

Our family have plan to migrate to Canada and I have question:
1. Is it possible to get job from out side canada, because as long as I know we should have canada experience for apply job in canada ?
2. In my country Indonesia, I have more than 15 years experince in Travel and airline industry, how is my change to get job there ?
3. My husband have more than 10 years experince for CAD drafting in minning company, how is his change to get job there ?

Hi Susan,
Getting job offer or even an interview from outiside is almost impossible. I have applied more than 200+ applications. My resume was writen and verifed by center for Immigrant at edmonton so it is not that something wrong with my resume. Somehow , when candidate is outside, they just do not bother to read the resume.
 
Yes CAD experience, i have seen more openings compared to my backgraound(electronics engineering) .
