Hi All,

finally i got the good news , my application has been recommended for next step , for submission to visa office Buffalo.

Thanks all for your help.

some of you may be eager to know my timelines.

Application Category : FSW 3 - 1 year experience in canada , this is ticked in the email , NOC Code - 2173

Total Processing Time: 55 Days

Applied    @   CIO : July 2.
Reached CIO : July 6.
Application opened : August 13th

Application approved/Email Received : August 31st.

Hi Ada,

ITS FSW 3 , Category 3 doesnt go by 38 list . only legal stay and occupation is chcecked here.

I have few questions to you.

1) R u getting all your documents  photocopies notarized?
2) How many months bank statement r u submitting?
3) R u signing ur applications again?
4) R u submitting any other proof of legal stay other than ur study permit?

thank you Guys, i am now preparing my final package, i have kept deadline of this weekend , everything is ready i just need to organise things, get everything notarized, bank statements etc.
