Hello All,

I'm looking for anyone who can share their experience with the following:

* CIC has approved my Skilled Worker app and waived the interview
* Medicals were completed almost 2 months ago - I assume all was fine
* CIC will receive all remaining documents shortly (police records, landing fees, bank statement)

QUESTION:  Assuming there are no medical or police record issues, how long after they have all the remaining documents should it take before they request our passports?

Thanx much.

Thanks, Atul31.  I was hoping for a shorter period.  Does anyone else have a different experience?  Or is a month pretty standard?

Hello,

Applied Aug 2004 in Nairobi. Received a letter request on May 2007 for Medicals, Polic cert updated , ROLF and Passport

Same case as yours. Medical results received by CIC a month ago ... am giving it a month.

Have been told to relaxx if your security and medicals are OK which i 99.99% presume, yes they are OK

But i've heard, the embassies all o'er the world are overwhelmed with applications, so some more delays are normal. Is that true?

Well its been a long painful wait and would like to share experiences from pple in the same boat who've sailed thru ...

FANTASTIC forum of people with a mission, I love this forum at CANADAVISA.COM!
