Filling up spouse info in passport request letter

I got PPR from CHC Islamabad.. i want to ask somthing...

In Passport request they sent me a form to fill with  My name,, date of birth,, height, eye colour, passport nr. expiry date...

there is a colum for  Applicant----Spouse-----Depedent

I dont have kids my wife is canadian citizen.. do i need to fill these thngs for my spouse too in passport request? like her name, date of birth, passport nr. eye colour, heght etc... since there is no sense filling it becuz she is already canadian citzen.... wht do u advise?

there are lots of other thing which makes no sense to do, but they ask for it.
so fill in exactly as they want in the form.

You are the only applicant being sponsored, correct?  SO fill in YOUR information, and put Not Applicable for the other spaces because you will not be submitting any passports other than your own.  If you fill up the space for your wife's information, they will be looking for you to send her passport, but that is not necessary.
