Filling in Forms - Application to Sponsor and Undertaking

I have a question about the "Application to Sponsor and Undertaking" form. At the end of the form (part J of page5) where I must sign, it also has a space for "city/town" and one for "province".

I am unsure exactly what I should put there....I am sponsoring my husband from Outside of Canada...so do I leave it blank? Do I write the city town where we plan to move to?

Any directions ASAP would be greatly appreciated.

I think they mean the place where you have filled in and signed the form. :)

Except I am not sure it is where I am signing from, only because it gives only option for city, and then PROVINCE, and considering I am doing an out of country sponsorship....it doesnt make sense to have only an option for PROVINCE as opposed to country.

Any other advice, anyone?

they mean the cit and province where you are living now for sure
