Filling IMM5406 by spouse

I am going to add my wife to my application. my wife need to fill the IMM5406 (additional family information) form. I am just confused about section A.
who will be the applicant in this case (is that me or she because I am the principal applicant). the father and mother's name should be her father and mother, right?

She will be the applicant, because it will be her parents and her siblings.

Have to fill the form for both PRINCIPAL applicant and Spouse. each with their parents and siblings
