Hi all,

Lastly filled out my application form, but I am confused on certain points, hope u all experience peoples can help me;

1. Where to use "N/A" in filling forms, should type "N/A" on the all columns left unfilled in any filled section,
   2ndly if some section say "Gov positions" doesn't pertain to me, shall i write "N/A" in very first column of this section or in the all columns of this section.

2. In "Additional Family Info" where to write names in native language, just within the same box along with name written in English.

3. Only form 2 IMM 0008 (01-2009) E Background Declaration is the only form to be filled by main applicant and spouse as well separately?

4. I have not taken IELTS yet but to be taken on coming Saturday, so should i tick option "YES" or "NO" in schedule 3, if yes, what about copy of approved test result?

Thx!

Page 9 of the form clearly mentions this... Extract from it below

"You should not submit your test results or written submission to the Centralized Intake Office (CIO) in Sydney, Nova Scotia Canada. If the application is recommended for further processing, the test results or written submission should be submitted to the responsible Visa Office.
However, it is recommended that all applicants using this category complete their language test(s) or their written submission before submitting their application to the CIO in Sydney so that they know in advance how many language points they will attain on the selection grid"
