Hello All! i am also new to this forum and so far i have read 10 topics with numerous threads. Its very informative and a big help sa lahat na gustong mag migrate.
I also need help in my first stage of applying for federal skilled worker class. My current situation has changed ever since my husband opened up to me last february about his wanting us to migrate. I went to a consulting agency and they suggested to me that i need a doctor to certify my work as a clinic nurse for a year or two since i have a BSN degree. Ang problema lang sa akin kasi matagal na ako nag graduate and nag practice lang for 6 months sa hospital tapos nag iba na ang aking career, naging bank teller for a year tapos nag insurance sales for more than 10 yrs till now. Gusto ko ang ilagay ay insurance sales talaga kaso lang sabi ng agency na hindi daw ito nakapasok sa listed occupations na kailangang agad ng canada. Tapos nabasa ko dito na even if rn ka sa pilipinas, hindi naman rn ang qualification mo sa canada standards, tama po ba? Confused state ako ngayon sa pag fi fill up pa lang ng documents. All my family(tito,tita,pinsan nasa canada for 40 yrs na) at pina tanong ko sa tito ko na kung mayroon pa ang sponsorship. Pero pagtawag niya doon sa immigration, sabi nila mga 6 yrs pa ang backlog. That's why ang pasok ko is FSW. Noc code 6231..

Tama ang nabasa mo na kailangan mo pa ng iba pang steps para maging RN sa Canada. Hopefully magkaroon ng noc 6231 for this year para maka apply ka with your family. By next month siguro lalabas ang bagong list. Goodluck

Pa-help naman, I have quite a few questions regarding the requirements:
1. Yung copies ba like passport page, diplomas, birth certificates - kailangan ipa-certified true copy, ipa-red ribbon sa dfa, or ipanotarize? Or ok lang na photocopies lang?
2. YUng sa education requirements ano ba kailangan? HS and college diploma and prc certificates enough na ba? Kailangan ba ng transcript?
3. Yung sa proof of relationship in canada, yung copies, does it have to be notarized there in canada para valid?
4. Is it ok to just send the certified true copy of the marriage certificate, kase di pa nirrelease yung marriage contract namin kase diba 6 months pa bago irelease yun?
5. From the main checklist and guidelines, its not written that we have to have the manila visa office checklist, wala na ba yun? Kase I remember dati, nakainclude pa siya eh. Ngayon I cannot even find the link where to download the checklist, if ever we needed that.

I hope someone helps me out here. Pretty please....I want to send it this july eh. Thanks!!

May tanong lang po kasi ako sa question 12 ng sched 3 economic classes forms- order of preference. My husband is the principal applicant and he has an AEO marketing & pr manager..ang kaso po wala pang 1 year siya sa position na yun...He has been an operations manager for about 4 yrs na..pwede po bang ang ilagay kung no 1 duon sa Q12 ( kung saan priority na i assess) eh operations manager? hindi po ba conflicting yun kasi yun AEO nya is marketing & PR Manager...pls advise po..

May question po ako, I am planning to apply this coming July undr FSW category, sufficient naman ang Assessment points ko.. however, currently, 4 mos akong unemployed,and in search of a job. Would that Affect my application? and dun sa General application form, ano lalagay mo sa "current occupation" (opposite of "intended occupation") is it your profession? or "none"? thanks alot for the answers..

i was unemployed when I applied and up to now, lol..   

so do not worry about it, jez place unemployed on that box jez like what i did..

It's a chain of restaurant..pero ang NOC niya is 0124? kasi ang nakalagay sa kanyang AEO marketing & public relations manager..hopefully makasama...goodluck sayo

ngayong July ka ba mag aaply? if yes siguro pwedeng hindi na muna kasi alam ko matagal kumuha ng passport...mga 1wk ba? eh kung mag aaply ka ngayong july baka di ka umabot sa quota..pero kung hindi ka naman ngayon mag aaply e di mas maige na mag apply ka na ang bago...kelan pala expiry ng passport mo?

tanong ko lang po kung meron dito na more than 1 police clearance ang isa-submit? kasi po I worked for 2+ yrs in Dubai so definitely i need a police clearance form Dubai, but i was only able to submit my police clearance dito sa Phil..naipadala ko na po yung application with the phil police clearance. Tanong ko lang po kung mga kelan and at what stage nila hihingin yung Dubai police clearance ko...mga ilang buwan pa kaya from the date i sent my application which is ngayong June would anybody here have an idea???

Dapat kasabay na yung pcc mo from dubai nung application mo kasi lahat na bansa na nagstay ka for more than 6 mos dapat may pcc ka
