The proof of fund is inspected randomly. But the IO always ask how much you are actually bringing in and takes note of it in the CPR. So it's better to have the fund ready always.

I am new in this Forum. Yon bang amount ng bank balance sa bank at the time the bank issued a certification should be exactly the same at the time na mag verify ang visa office? Paano kung nabawasan yong bank balance dahil di maiwasan?

kapag na-issue n ang bank certificate, base sa BDO account ko, ang sabi, hindi ko pwedeng galawin ang laman nito sa loob ng isang buwan. kasi sa loob ng isang buwan, pwedeng i-disclose ng bank ang laman ng account mo...pagkatapos ng isang buwan, hindi na nila pwde itong ipa-alam sa sa kahit sinuman na magtatanong regarding sa account natin. in any case, mas-mabuti parin kung hindi mo na gagalawin ang laman ng banko mo para safe side ka always...i think at a much ater date, pwedeng mabawasan ang laman nito for as long as ang total amount nito ay hindi bababa sa requirement ng CIC for your application. |

Thank you sa lahat ng sumagot sa question ko. ang scenario ko kasi mga sir/madam i'm here in australia with my wife. temporary lang kami dito yung wife ko nag-aaral dito pero we wanted to apply in Canada kasi ang bagal ng process ng residency dito sa dami ng nagapply and dream country talaga namin ang Canada. ang inapplyan ko under 'Cook' category 6242 ata yun i think. i have experience sa pinas as cook for 2 yrs and dito rin for 1 yr. i took my IELTS here sa Oz. got my results last week. and unfortunately, yung writing ko lang ang hindi umabot ng 6.5, others i scored 8 in each.
Education - 20 pts. ( automatic ba 20 pts agad tayo kahit walang grade 12 sa pinas?)
IELTS - 14 pts. ( didnt get the max 16 pts. all 8 except writing w/c is 6. nakakapagtaka nga)
work exp - 17 pts ( 2.5 yrs lang ang computed ko dahil part time work lang ako dito sa Oz. so 2 yrs full time exp ko sa pinas saka 1 yr exp dito w/c i think equivalent lang sa half year)
Age - 10 pts. ( 27yrs old)
Adaptability - 4 pts (wifey is graduate din ng bachelors jan sa pinas)
relatives - 0 (found out from u guys d pla pwde cousins)
TOTAL: 65 pts. ( awwww kulang na lang ako ng 2 pts.)
any suggestions/recommendations? but what I did is i applied for a re-mark for my writing exam in IELTS. if they will give me an increase in score for at least just 0.5 in writing then ill be able to get 2 more pts and reach the 67pts passing mark in migration. yun na lang talaga pag-asa ko?

Ang CIC ba normally nagtatanong about the account balance sa bank in that period of one month after I submit my requirement? Malaki kasi ang possibility na bawasan ko yung pera after a week (when I get the bank certificate) because of the nature of our business which needs liquidity (piggery). Pero I'm confident na anytime e we have the amount of money for the POF or settlemend fund. |

yup, i think re-take mo n lng IELTS mo just to get the maximum points fro it...dont worry much about NOC ng cooks kasi matagal mapuno yang slots nyan... however, you should hve your documents completed already para by the time ready na new IELTS mo, okay na rin yung others docs mo...advise ko lng sa iyo kasi tapos , kanina lg dumating ung visa ko, and i got it in less than six months. is to complete all the documents (including PCC both in Phils and Australia, dapat consistent lahat ang items mo, and maayos ang pagkaka organize ng case mo... okies good luck sa iyo!
