Senior Members,

I would like to ask regarding the dilemma of my friend, they have a consultant so I know that they were guided on their application, however I asked them if they had the employment contract and employment certificate (the one stating our duties to the NOC we are applying for), dry sealed by our company, I haven't seen them do that nor ask for the business card of the signatory, and behold they really didn't have the card and dry seal. I told them to ask their consultant regarding the concern and was informed that "hindi mahigpit ang CIC" for that requirement since not all companies have it, is it a valid reason???..will it affect the application?? to the point of having it sent back???Your out most guidance is needed. Thank you

In my case, w/o any consultant  I sent an employment cert fr multinational co where the NOC duties specified w/o dry seal & business card & still I got my PP w/ visa. As much as possible there shld be dry seal but you cant do nothing if your co. cant give you one. In other thread they used CIC as their consultant and they are now DM or got their pp w/ visa stamped.

Hi rslcanada,

Thank you for your answer, actually our company has a dry seal and the signatory has a business card, I was applying on my own that's why I did those things, unfortunately my friend who has a consultant didn't since they were relaying on what they were asking. Oh well since you experienced not having a dry sealed employment cert/contract and still manage to have visa, I guess its ok then..will update them just in case,,thanks again.. Cheesy Cheesy

IMHO....it would be better if your friend prepared these things as it is clearly stated in the requirements list. No harm in preparing.

Hi mejiam, I am also a self employed dentist (own private clinic). I provided them with my ITR, DTI and permits, all should be notarized.  Smiley Smiley Smiley

Thanks for the reply members.

I read about the guidelines sa Canada, na pag me arrange employment kahit nde na magmadali cause of the CAP requirements, pwede magpass. Want to assure lang po. Kase kahit me extra points ako, 14 po ako sa IELTS  sabi ng consultant ko to opt in retaking the exam and it will take two months approximately. Hinde na po ako makakaabot by then.  Sad

Thank you.

What's your overall band score? 7 ba? If you're confident naman na above 67 ang points mo, pursue mo na lang.

ung band score ko po is 7..

7.5-l
6.0-r
7.0-w
7.0-sp

i told my consultant kung pwde i lift sa ibang requirements, pero sabi nila to opt na magretake nalang.it iwll take another 2months po kase..and I dont know if makaka abot po ako..Im thinking of searching for possible employers.Kase I read sa site ng canada na nde kasali ung me mga Arranged employers sa cap..IS that true?

THanks po!

Hi mejiam,
in addition to wht mitz said, i too am an architect and applied under this noc...just include also certificate of completion of projects done by your husband as proof that he has indeed worked as an architect...also as proof of his profession he must provide notarized copy of IAPOA, Board certificate, PRC certifictecertifying that he is a registered architect.
