Hello guys. I'm here again for the FBI clearance. Magpapadala na ako ng application sa FBI. May part lang sa form na tinatanong kung may enclosed na prepaid return envelope o kaya first class mail ang preferred na return mail option. Alin sa ito ang nilagyan ninyo ng check? I'm here in the Philippines btw.

Ok lang po ba sa bond paper i-print ang FBI form o dapat board (card) type ang pagpriprintan ng form? Also, Apart from the FBI clearance kinailangan ninyo pa ba ang state police clearance?

hello po, ako din po nagsubmit ng state police clearance at fbi... dito po ako based sa california. yung first time ko po magsubmit ng fingerprint sa fbi eh hindi nila ma-read.. after a month pa po nila binigay yung instruction na kelangan ko magsubmit ulit, kala ko nga po nung dumating eh ung clearance na, yun pala eh kelangan ulitin! tapos fortunately ung 2nd time eh ok na po at narelease after 4 weeks.

maginquire lng po sna ako..about my ielts..ung score ko sa ielts is 14 lang..okay lng po ba i pursue ung application ko pero lagpas po ako 67?

kung magtake pa kase ako baka nde na ako makahabol..

What's your overall band score? 7 ba? If you're confident naman na above 67 ang points mo, pursue mo na lang.

Hi frustrated;

   Yes you still need a copy of your employment contract, have it xerox and notarized or ask your HR for a certified true copy, in case you don't want to send the original copy, but in case of not providing one, just provide an explanation letter.

I have plans on applying as FSW but I got 62 points only in self assessment qualifying points maybe because I was only a graduate of a 2-year course but my job is included in the 29 list of occupation (NOC 1233). I dont have any job offer or relatives in canada. Can I still apply as PR? Thanks for the response. God bless you all.

Hi Xin,

   It is clearly stated that you need to have 67 points to be able to qualify for FSW, however you can try other options in increasing your points like having high scores in IELTS and taking French test to add points. In case its not sufficient, you just need to try other options in immigrating.
