hi mga kababayan,
Sana sa manila embassy an lng ako ng pasa..sobra bilis ng Manila embassy compared sa buffalo and any visa offices...grabe it take more than 6 mnths for the 2nd aor...and now we are waiting for medical I had freind almost 10 months still waiting for MR...so exected ko sana naman next year ok..na lhat..almost 2 yrs..or 24 months na yta processing ng buffalo...gOdbless to all..

I have the option too either buffalo or manila....I made a survey between the two visa ofc & came up w/ a result that manila visa ofc is faster than buffalo so I decided to sent my application to Manila VO. Dont worry...gumagalaw na ngayon ang buffalo vo rami nka rcv ng med request nabasa ko sa forum na to.

Hi Mitz,
I suggest you write them a letter to request for the waiver of the FBI clearance stating that you stayed in the US for less than 6 months and it takes 8 to 12 weeks to process an FBI clearance so you might not be able to comply within the prescribed deadline. Ilagay mo lang sa letter mo yung dates ng stay mo sa US, kung may proof ka (ex. stamp sa passport mo ng arrival and departure to/from US), i-attach mo na rin. At the same time, mag-request ka na rin ng FBI report para tumatakbo na rin yung request habang pending pa yung approval ng request mo for waiver.
Ganyan ang ginawa ko nung nag-require sila ng Saudi police clearance for my husband. Matagal ang processing kaya nag-request ako ng waiver. Although hindi ako nakatanggap ng approval pero naka-receive naman ako ng request for passport, so ibig sabihin approved ang request ko.

I stayed in the states 5months and 25 days, do you think it will be considered 6months? kse nakita ko somewhere their site na you will provide clearance if you stayed at least 6 months or more. Can I print the fingerprint card in their site, will they accept it or do I need to ask them (FBI) to send me a hard copy of the fingerprint card.( Sori for being makulit) Thanks. God bless!

Hello Im a newbie here.. I would like to ask your help po if ano po ung genuine na immigration consultants or agencies para sa pagaayos ng papers? I applied a month ago thru one of the agencies only to find out that theyre not real. As I waived almost £1k.. Please help po. thanks..

hi angelpot, pre june 26 ka rin pla. pareho tayo waiting for a long time considering na fast tract as in mabilis daw yun pala slow tract pla yung application natin sa vo. pa 17 months ko na ngayon IP pa rin me, kung sa Manila siguro may visa na ako, hayyyy what to do... |

To everybody! Pls. suggest kung saan po mas maganda pumunta for livescan fingerprint. Since monday is a holiday, by tuesday ko pa ma sesend Application ko for FBI cert. request. But I need to go have fingerprinting first. Thanks in advance.  |

Hi Mitz,
Pwede mo gamitin yung fingerprint card sa FBI website. Yan din ang ginamit ko. Di ako familiar kung saan sa Manila may fingerprint scan. Sa US kasi ako nag-process in Canada immigration ko.

sir, need your help... i'm planning to apply po kasi under FSW next month, after i take the IELTS general module. my experience is clinic RN and PDN din. required po ba ang SSS contribution? nag work po kasi ko sa small clinic ng family namin, may sweldo naman pero wala po SSS. pati rin sa PDN, wala rin po ako:( i didnt think i needed it kasi family naman:( plus philheath and inaplayan ko (as individual). hahanapan po kaya ko during application? need your input mga kabayan. |
