We have the same case. Me & my wife had medical exam in Sept 2009. Our baby was born in Feb 2010 and her medical exam was done in May 2010. Before issuance of PPR, visa office contacted us & asked if we are intending to land before our medical exam expire in Sept 2010. They said that if we are not yet ready to land in Sept 2010, they will issue another medical request for me & my wife before dumating Sept. 2010.
We decided to land before Sept. 2010 & visa was issued in July 2010 to give us enough time to book flights & attend pre-departure seminar.
Na-inform nyo na ba yung visa office na pregnant wife mo?
Nainform na namin then sbi lang nila is to inform them when the baby is born so they can send medical requests etc. kaya lang sobrang hapit na sa oras kung June 2011 ung expected delivery date then October 2011 ung expiry.. 4 months time to get NSO cert, passport (2months ung DFA na appointment), medicals ni baby + PPR namin then visa issuance pa. plus ung PDOS and booking ng flight pa. Hapit sa oras tlaga. Hopefully maissue before expiry ng medical namin. wla p kami PPR that time na nainform namin si embassy. hay.. |

Any good news?  So far wala pa akong good news na natatanggap regarding my visa. Wag lang tayong mawalan ng pag-asa. Extend pa natin ang ating patience and keep on praying that God will find a way na mabalik na pp natin wd visa. God bless us! |

whats PER?  Positive eligibility review... also an AOR for post 6/26 MI applicants but youll get only one instead of two AORs then they send your file to VO. |

Hello to those who are waiting for the return of their passport with the visa. Today is my 90th day of waiting but there is still no change with my ECAS. I wrote an inquiry to them and this is their reply -
We received your passports on October 21, 2010.
Your file is in queue for finalization. At this time, we are unable to provide a specific schedule as to
when your visas may be issued. We appreciate your understanding while you wait to hear more from us.

Anyone who has the same dilemma? In the passport request letter it is says that they will return your passport with the visa within 90 days but how come that up to now they are still not returning mine?

i need some advice on this..below is my time line:
june 5: full docs sent to VO manila
sept 30: VO request for additional docs for proof of relationship with my CLP
oct 24: VO sent medical request, RPRF, and exclusion of my CLP on my application(VO were not satisfied with the docs we send)
nov 22: medicals done (accdg to st lukes it was forwarded to VO on nov 25)
dec 1st week: send RPRF payment to VO amouting to PhP21,000 (including bank cert for POF using the conversion rate 1CAD=PhP43)
until now i'm waiting for my passport to be requested by VO..but the problem is, the exchange rate for CAD vs peso has changed..it turned out to be 1CAD=PhP44.6..would it affect my application?or is there any possibility that it will prolong the process of my application?

be patient po, it's good they replied to you and from their message it seems you will receive your visa this coming days.....in their letter/email they explain that "they will try their best to return your visa within 90 days upon receive from CEM" it just a matter of time lng darating na iyan... |

i know na di ganon kadali ang pinagdadaanan natin. We keep on waiting but we dont know until when. basta ang importante may hinihintay tayo kaysa sa wala. Last stage na to mga ka batchmates basta let's pray everyday and be thankful for everything. magandang feedback yan galing sa embassy at least they trying their best to inform us that they do their best to return our passports. |

don't worry the rate of conversion is 1CAD=Php 43 is their base rate ever since, if they will change this they will consider the time you had applied before and apply this to the current applications..... |

Where do you intend to have your baby born? In Manila ba? kasi sa QC Cityhall, pwede iparush ang NSO authenticated BC. I paid 1K for 2 copies at 3 copies of CTC kasama na ang "lagay". One month pa lang ang baby ko, nakuha ko na NSO. Yun ang sinubmit ko sa CEM |
