  Kamusta sa lahat, yung visa office ko ay sa Australia pero umuwi na kami sa Phils. nag apply ako Aug 2009, In process na Nov 24, nakalagay docs was reviewed and eligible for processing...ano po ito start nang checking or okay for next step like interview or medical? Thank you sa lahat.

ganun din. may AOR na ko dated nov27, pero baka mga end of january to feb kami magpasa kase mga docs ng hubby ko hinhintay pa namin pati sa kin. nasa NZ ako ngayon. baka pwede mo share timeline mo para may idea ako gano katagal processing thanks

aug 10  --- Received sa cio docs
Oct 1   --- Received AOR thru email
Oct 14 --- Fill docs sent to Sydney Australia
Oct 24 --- Ecas change to Recieved by visa office
Dec 1  --- Ecas change to In process, it says they started processing Nov 24, it says was reviewed and started processing nov 24

  May idea ka ba next? bakit di ka nag try sa nz mag migrate? dyan ba husband mo?

As far as I have read from the advice of seniors on these forum as well as the legality of the visa.I believe you must land in Canada before your visa expires (otherwise visas has no expiration that you can land anytime you like).It applies to the whole family members.It is your option if you land with all the family or other member/s will follow within the visa validity.

Almost the same ang timeline natin.  Ecas change on 11/30/09 to in process ( it depends on the location) and they processed on 11/23/09.  Let's keep one another up to date.

    Di ko alam kung natransfer file ko sa Mania office...nag file ako sa Australia, then nag change ako address nung Nov 18.....Let's keep posted every now and then.

Kung hindi ka nagrequest ng transfer then most probably hindi nila nalipat sa Manila.  You need to write a letter of request but I think mabilis din ang Australia based on your timeline.  May lawyer ako handling my case kaya any letter pupunta muna sa kanila and then they email it to me.

Here's my timeline:

Oct. 21, 09 - date of second AOR fr. Manila
Nov. 30, 09 - Change to In Process: when you open IT, here's what inside

 We transferred your application to the Manila office on October 8, 2009. The Manila office may contact you.
 
Your application was reviewed and we started processing on November 23,

Based on sa experienced  ng mga kababayan natin, once na nag change na to in process ang ecas, usually medical na ang susunod.  Of course meron mabilis na rereceived na iba yung mail from visa office because yung location nila ay Manila or Makati.  It depends siguro kung saan ang mailing address mo.  I remember one member na after a month niya na received yung request for medical dahil according to him matagal talaga daw sa area nila ang delivery ng mail.

If next week wala pa and letter ko, then I will advise my lawyer to follow up na kasi nakalagay naman sa 2nd AOR ng we can follow up after 45 days kung wala ka pang nareceived na letter.

Visa eligibility completed most of the time ay may missing documents ka kaya instead of medical ang darating sa iyo, request for addtional documents. 

Hopefully next week may good news na tayo.  I know hanggang wala sa mga kamay natin eh iba ang feeling.  Let's hope for the best.
