hi jigjig! yes napasa ko na.. as in kinabukasan.. hehe...How bout you? napasa mo na ba? super excited kasi kami e.sa Ottawa kami. Hindi pa nga kami nagpapaschedule e sa CIIP and sa PDOS pag andyan na daw ung visa. Ikaw tapos ka na ba CIIP? Next week kami papaschedule. let me know ha.. oo nga sabay pla tayo ng timeline. guys i just received my 2nd AOR. in the email VO says they created other number but when i checked my 1st AOR they are the same. But complicates more is that i cant access my ecas both the UCI and the B***... what shall i do??? anybody got the same problem?

Hi! Anyone pls help me, I Have a very huge and terrible problem OMG tlga  . As in, when i heard the bad news parang sinabuyan ako ng malamig na tubig kc dun nkasalalay ang aking NOC, help! I'll share my story muna i worked as a staff nurse in a tertiary hospital in 2005 & the contract was 2 years, but i only completed 1 year and 1 month. However, before i left i asked for a COE that states up to present, all in all, my working experience is only 1 year and some weeks according to the COE as a staff nurse. I do have a contract also but as a probationary. But i do have another COE created and issued by the chief nurse in 2008. Now there was an issue with the very kind chief nurse, she can no longer issue me a COE and JD, since i cannot acquire it legally in HR. Plus the hospital advertised that she is no longer the signatory. Now i cannot produce a JD which is very essential, you think i can pass my first COE and contract then write an explanation letter why i cannot provide a COE? and how about my JD? Should it be newly acquired for the COE?? Can i also explained that i did not finish my contract?? They say nmn n 1 year experience and they did not mention about kung na terminate gnun. OMG pls help me, i have been thinking about this for weeks now, and i cant tell this yet to my husband, the only reason why we cant pass our application. Pls give me a very good lawyer who can help me with this, or at least help me with the letter. I am a clinical instructor since then, which I do hope will somehow saves me if my no.1 NOC fails. michael, i suggest you e-mail the VO asap and seek for an explanation of the things troubling u now. u cannot use the file number in ur 1st aor to access ur e-cas, so if the file # in the 2nd aor is the same with the 1st, i guess, there's really a problem tracking ur application online. |

Hi frustrated, some applicants in 2004 has received their visas. I know this for a fact coz I have a friend who had his despidida last week and their application was in 2004. With 2005, I have no Idea. I myself is a 2006 applicant an with this new MI 6/26/2010 weve sent a parallel application now with me as the principal. Maybe you can check your NOC if it fits with this new MI and give a careful thinking about this.

God bless us all here i'd like to help in my own little way but i'm afraid i dont understand u. why do u say "i cannot acquire it legally in HR"? do u mean the COE issued by the chief nurse is not official? i think if u were employed legally it does not matter whether the chief nurse is still the signatory or not, somebody who took her place ought to issue the record ur asking for. |

How much longer will it take??? @ frustrated at least minimum months ng refund ninyo is 6 months upon the receipt of their letter, depende nalang s layo ng lugar mo, and thru postman lang magdala sa inyo niyan at walang ipa received syo basta iwan lng sa mailbox nyo gaya ng sa amin before......thru our experience last 2008 |

one day lang sya or depende s ating phil. gov't. kung may ideclare p slang holiday, ang problem VO usually take vacations also balita ko from a friend 2 days before x'mas and balik nila on the 1st monday of january bale naiiwan lng sa CEM minsan yung mga nagpoprocess ng mga docs na naka online na....kaya we wish na bago umuwi ibang VO approve na lahat ng mga pending nila especially dun sa mga kaunti nalang inaantay |

that was what i did. i emailed them right away as to why both 1st and 2nd AOR numbers are the same... and added why cant i check my ecas thanks so much for the time |
