sa lto main quezon city lng pwede kumuha ng certification...they confirmed this when i went there...30 mins lng tpos na...all you need is the license at photocopy nito...punta ka sa window 8 or 9 ata tpos ipresent mo yung license at photocopy tpos bibigyan ka nila ng form to fill up tpos ibabalik sa kanila pag filled up na tpos papabayarin ka nila sa cashier sa tabing window ng 100 pesos tpos wait for your name to be called for the certificate...pro kung ipapaauthenticate mo,after payment sa cashier bibigyan ka nila ng claim stub tpos kukunin mo na lng dw sa dfa yung certificate after a week or two ata..otherwise wait for your name to be called for the certificate right there and then...

Hello to everybody. Bago lng ako dto sa forum, im planning to apply for FSW. Currently andto ako sa US with h1b visa i wonder kung pwede kong ilagay na visa office manila or restricted ako sa buffalo office dto sa states? Salamat in advance!!

With regards to the LTO thing, after the authentication from DFA of the Certificate from LTO, makakapag-drive na ba agad sa Canada? Or do I need to have an International Drivers License? Thanks...

hi guys,,, can i ask if anyone in this forum has applied in New brunswick??? i was just so dismayed with my application Saskatchewan.. i am almost through but what bothers me is their ielts. before they just accept 7.0 speaking and over all 6.5 but now,,, speaking 7-7.5, reading 6.5-7, writing 7-7.5 and listening 7.5-8.0.... it doesnt make sense right??? as if you are already applying for UK or australia... kinnda pressured just thinking of the scores that you must achieve...unlike the previous.... this news was implemented Nov 16,2010... so anybody applied to New brunswick??? pls help... i dont know if i can attain the required ielts scores....

you are not allowed to drive in canada with just a certification from lto...you need a driver's license..
sabi sa pdos,you can drive using your philippine driver's license in canada for a couple of months depending on the province where you will stay..sa saskatchewan 6 months dw allowed..sa ontario 2months dw allowed..not so sure...d na klangan ng international driver's license sabi sa pdos..the purpose of the certification from lto is to show proof of our driving experience..pag may atleast 2 years experience,pwede na ata mag written exam at actual driving test agad for the full pledge driver's license..otherwise,magstart tau sa G1 tpos G2 tpos G (full pledge)..in comparison sa atin dito,student permit muna tpos non-professional tpos professional driver's license.........pag may foreign driver's license ka na pwede iswap, mas mainam....

hello about sa driver's license i am in edmonton alberta, dito kht may license ka na , you need to surrender your license from the philippines as what i did and magtake ng written exam and give you a student license and then you need to challenge the actual test drive and then if you pass it you are good to go, easy lang naman ang written eh kc may pinprovide cla mga manual free lang yon and yun lang ang aaralin mo and sa exam computer ka mageexam yun wala time limit, ako this coming months i will challenge the drive test kya lang mahirap ngayon kc winter mhirap magdrive hehehe. i hope nakapagbigay ako ng info! god bless!
