oo, ok na yan. basta ang sabi naman samin dapat meron kalang proof of employment sa lahat para wala na silang questions. kung wala tlga binibigay na contract siguro pwede un na din ilagay mo. Goodluck

gusto ko lang ishare sad kong exp re document submission. actually dahil sa sobrang dami ng babasahin at iintindihin sa forms natin may pagkakamali akong nagawa. i forgot to attach the Manila VO checklist form to my documents. i submitted my application including all doc last tues. Today ko lang narealize na di ko pala na-attach yung checklist ng Manila VO. yung isang checklist lang na-attach ko. OMG! haay grabeng anxiety to...pray ko n lang na sana di na mapansin ng VO (miracle to!) or sana wag ma-reject dahil lang sa walang checklist ng Manila VO...sana ibalik na lang nila sa akin ang entire pckage including my bank draft. Waiting ako sa result at its best for me to move on....Narealize ko to while reading a forum dominated by british nationals. Maraming forumers na nila for processing na application. They submitted after june 2010. Yung isa nga don he submitted his application Sept. 9, he received his first AOR Oct. last week then for medical na sunod nya. Sabi ng forumers nila mabilis daw ang London VO.

how does the visa office verify employment? is it by phone or by an ocular visit? anyone here who was verified by the VO? how do they verify if your employer's office is no longer operating?

VO might not have time to watch a video....so surely video it is not accepted.... if no certifcate/contract  presented then maybe he can present his welding license ( TIG/MIG/SMAW license) or any commendation proof letter that he is a real welder..like job order, punch list or directives from his boss..payslips will be okay.. ... Neways I am a nurse but I learned how to weld too.. ( SMAW welding, Oxy-ace welding)

Thank you carl128 and maharlika for your comments!  yun nga din pakiramdam ko eh.  baka hindi sya qualified as proof.  my husband worked as a welder and fabricator sa isang construction company here sa pinas for two years.  tapos work sya sa Canada for two years as metal factory worker.  wala syang welder licenses kasi nung nandun sya dapat sponsored ng company pag aaral ng welder and temporary foreign worker lang sya. 

Dito sa Pinas pwede pa kami makahingi ng employer certification for his work pero sa job nya sa Canada parang malabo.  although meron naman sya mga ITR and payslips from his company there.  would that be sufficient as supporting documents from his work there?  could we still qualify his work there as one of his welding job experience even if iba ang nakalagay sa LMO nya?

By phone daw po.. kaya they are asking for the business card of the person na nag-sign ng certificate of employment..

The thing is contract worker sya duon noon right? Base sa LMO nya dapat ang work nya dun sa Canada ay same as what is stated sa LMO noon.... The best thing is write a cover letter sa VO explaining na contract worker sya noon sa Canada and he was hired under LMO ( kung ano nakaindicate, metal factory ba iyun? ) then he will emphasize  na nag wewelding sya as part of his job description dun but he cannot secure a license since he was hired as metal factory worker base sa LMO nya. Then pirmahan nya sa baba ..no need ng ipanotarised sa lawyer.. Goodluck

i suggest kng kulang ang ipon nyo, manghiram na lng muna sa mga kamag-anak or friends.  may nabasa ako na kwento sa ibang forum na nadeny kasi wlang settlement funds ng magcheck ang VO sa bank nya.  apparently, ito daw yata is one of the cases na ang agency nagpapahiram sa client ng pera para lng may maipakita sa embassy. d agency opens an account in d name of the client pero may fixed period ata. not knowing na di pa nakapag bakground check si VO sa bank, close na ang account ng client. kaya ayun.

if u r a PAG-IBIG member, pwede din pakita yng total accumulated values nyo. I did that, I just asked for a certification from pag-ibig. kasi pwede din yun ma withraw upon permanent departure from the country.

Has anyone here tried submitting DEED OF SALE as proof of ownership ng property? and that property value is part of the needed POF..kumusta naman po ang result?

hindi na nila pag aaksayahan na na i check yun.. kung ang required POF mo ay cash kahit may utang ka or may mga loan ka ( dnt declare) what they need may required POF ka...
