Hello Vincelynn, I have a quite a similar case to yours. Only difference is that I have a good relationship with my daughter's biological dad.  So you need to have him sign the non accompanying parent form. Since he is the other parent and he acknowledged the child based on the birth certificate.There is no other option if you want your child accompany you to Canada. Otherwise if the dad won't sign  the child will be forced to be left here in the Phils. However in the future , soon the dad's child agrees to sign, you can  sponsor your kid anytime.  

Maraming Salamat po. pero ang problema ko kasi tlgang abandoned naman tlga yong bata ng ama at siguradong hindi pipirma yon dahil di ko pinakikita sa kanya ang bata. di ba pwedeng sumulat ako at sabihin kong abandoned na sila?

thank you upp942 sa quick response.. its really in our name.saming dalawa nakapangalan in time deposit daw yun.. im worried lng kasi baka pag nag check ang embassy magtaka sila na bat ang layo naman ng bank where we hav a time deposit?

Ganyan din ang nangyari sa tita ko dati noong pumunta sila ng Canada. Pinahiram namin sila ng "show money" na naka-deposit sa Marikina dahil doon ang bangko namin pero nakatira siya sa Zambales. Wala naman naging problema.

Nationwide din ako nagpamedical, medyo natagalan nga lan kasi pinabalikbalik ako dahil sa UTI ko, pero ngayon OK na, Manitoba sana punta ko, kaaapply ko lang ng registration wait ko pa yung result ng initial assessment sana di na ko marefer sa SEC,, naiopen mo ba yung reviewer kasi yung iba nagtataka ko nag PM sa kin di daw nila ma open..

how many years of experience u hav na ba? c aspire yung pinatake na agad ng crne sa manitoba has 20 yrs, ako me 12yrs lang, sana tayo din ano, hindi na mag SEC, sana exam na agad...me hospital ka na ba na gusto aplayan doon? nakita ko yung burntwood, nice benefits nila tapos me nrrf pa

nagrequest ako ng form dati sa CNO kaso dna ako umabot sa cut-off nung old forms at payment....tpos ngaun mahal na ung assessment nila...nag email nman ako sa manitoba pro ang sabi i need to show proof of immigration status kc required na yun ngaun kaya wla pko naaaplyan na board of nursing...gusto ko na nga mag start application for eligibility pra maasikaso ung forms to be sent sa school at prc kaso wla pko proof of immig stat....ikaw nag start ka na application mo for eligibility?

I may suggest you to consult a lawyer (Family law). At the very least, the lawyer can suggest which documents to present in order to prove the dad  abandoned his children. In which case you may not have to ask him to sign the non accompanying parent form.

Thanks! Actually yan nga ang unang thread na binabasa ko dito. Kaso wala nga pinoy masyado at dadaan din sa FSW dito sa Manila kahit matapos ang interview sa HK. So i was just wondering baka meron mag-aapply/nag-aapply na pinoy sa Quebec dito. Para sana mahingan din ng tips. Balak ko magsubmit ng application kasi after makumpleto ko na one year exp ko as a nurse

 I have 5 years part time working experience in a job ( 30 hours per week- it was during my study) and 8 months full time working experiences (40 hours per week) in the job, which is in class B. Howmany scores will I receive from my working experiences?

hindi pa rin bebong dahil sa proof of immig status, pero plan ko apply muna sa iqas kc 8wks rin daw ang aabutin bago me result at nid yun sa regstration sa manitoba, kaso d ako sure alin ang pipiliin ko na payment, 100 usd ba or 200usd...mejo naguguluhan ako doon....sana me makapagsabi which one..
