questions lang po... nag e expire ba ang LPN?!? matagal na nag take ng exam for practical nurse sa pinas yung pinsan ko 5 yrs ago na. tapos di naman sya nag work as LPN sa canada...need ba nya mag retake?!? or renew lang pagdating ng canada.

ang naging problem ko sa assessor's office ay ang pagbayad ng amelyar, may arears kami pero nasa name namin ang 2 land title. malaki masyado ang babayaran sa assessor's office kaya sa BIR kami nagrequest ng certification of zonal valuation. nakakuha kami. pero isang requirement ng Visa office ay land title na nakapangalan na sa inyo. Zonal valuation ng BIR at landtitle na nasa name namin ng husband ko ang isang POF ko. Another POF is my provident fund in my office na makukuha ko lang once i separate from my employer. Nakaindicate yon sa certificate of funds ko. Another POF is my bank savings account, bank certificate lang yon. Yung travellers check or bank draft need mo once magland ka sa canada and because you're not allowed to bring a huge sum of money (millions) syempre check na dapat dalhin mo. Sana makatulong po ito. Pls, have a look at the Personal Assets, Liabilities, Networth Form ng canada, dapat indicate mo funds: that you can bring with you in Canada, that may be transferred to you in Canada at a later date, etc....

Yung separation pay po ma'am, ibibigay naman yun ng company in cash/check once na nagresign na yung partner ko. ang inaalala ko po kasi yung house and lot. Nabili namin sya isang government grantee, galing na po kami sa concerned agencies pero di po nila kami mabigyan ng assessed value nung land. sabi po sa munisipyo, di pa daw po subdivided yung lot, hence, can't issue and assessed value either. saan pa po ba pwedeng magpa-assess?

We can sell naman po the property, if we want to and if incase it needs to. We already have some amount in my partner's account, plus his separation pay, as stated in his employment contract. baka lang po kasi kapusin, since good for 4 pala ang dapat naming ipakita, we've prepared just for 2 persons lang kasi, since maiiwan muna yung mga kids...

yung husband ko ang kumuha ng zonal valuation sa BIR. Dala nya orig land title. Pero parang di na rin kailangan kasi zonal valuation lang naman at hindi market valuation or tax declaration. Sa pagkakaalam ko po, kapag zonal valuation yung presyo ng lots sa isang barangay or community kaya tingin ko kahit walang dalang land title. magbabayad ka lang ng mura sa BIR for the certified true copy of the zonal valuation. Within the day or baka minutes lang ata, makukuha mo na ito. Isang requirement ng Visa Office ay legal document indicating your ownership of the property. Isang halimbawa dito ang land title. Di ko po sure if pwede yung certification na namention nyo.

Sa mga gustong kumuha ng connecting flights from Vancouver to anywhere in Canada, may tiyahin po ako dun na willing tayo iassist.  Meron din po sya insurance na kelangan natin habang waiting pa tayo na macover ng province.  She is also a real estate broker.  

I have her contact details so PM nyo na lang ako if you're interested.  Nagpaquote na din ako para maisama sa budget.  $446.81 daw sa aming mag-anak for 3months coverage pero as soon as maissue ng ministry of health ang health card, refundable na daw ang remaining days.  She just asked for our birthdays for the quotation.

Yung kapatid kong andun na, she was able to refund half month coverage.
