Guys....is it ok to submit the full application eventhough you have not physically received the post mail of your AOR? Can I just attached a copy of the AOR sent by email and proceed with sending?

Hi IDN, I did what you are planning to do. I just sent the emailed AOR and I received AOR from visa office. Besides, my mailed AOR from CIO never came by mail after almost 1 month after I got email. I don't know if they even send it once they've sent us the email. I don't think you want to waste time waiting for the mail.

HI IDN,
CIO received my initial appllication on April 15, 2009
I received email with file and receipt numbers on May 27, 2009
Buffalo visa office received my full app on June 4, 2009
I received AOR with new file number dated June 10, 2009.
Latest ecas from last week says Buffalo received my application on June 4th and it is pending review. No ecas change this week. Just my observation, ecas is updated on the next Monday after CIC has done an action on my file.

Oo naman. LOL Buffalo because I'm in Canada as a student. Actually, AOR from Buffalo was sent by mail. I received it on June 12th but had a date of June 10th. You can check timelines for any visa office (including Manila, of course) on trackitt.com. You can sort all data so that you can derive only information useful in your situation. Airway bill?
it means po ba na wlang documents na iniissue ang canadian immigration upon received ng application?
Kc I have this doubt, Last July 2008 nag pass me ng application ko sa consultant
with the bank draft and then last Feb. 2008 nag informed cla (consultant) na nag labas na ng 38 list of occupation. Kaya nag palit kame ng husband ko para sha na ang maging principal applicant ( Plumbing sup.ung occupation nya) and I ask them kung need ko pa bang mag issue ng another bank draft and they ans. no kc previously me bank draft na daw. And then yesterday they called me na bumalik daw ung bank draft ko kc me name kong nakaindicate need na papalitan.
Doubt ko since last Feb. e hndi pa nila naipapasa ung application ng husband ko.
