 you will need: fingerprint form (www call it as " Sundry form" )  from NBI to be authenticated by DFA
                     letter to the Ambassador,  Emabssy of the State of Qatar
                     pictures
                     photocopies of visa/passport to Qatar

I am currently in Qatar and I was advised by the embassy here in order to get police clearance my NBI should first be authenticated by DFA in Manila, do I need to send authorization letter as well whoever will process the authentication?

hello mayumi.
i am also here in qatar. you do not need ur nbi to get police clearance in qatar. just cid office in salwa and bring your photocopy of passport including your valid visa plus 2x2 picture (blue background) and 10riyal (atm/cc).

hi to all,

i actually just submitted my initial application to cic NS last aug 5, 2009, recvd by NS aug 12, i called metrobank yeterday aug 25, they said the draft was not yet encashed.how long still do i have to wait initial response from NS?any updates wid makati embassy. do they stick wid the 6-12 months timeline? i also have another worry because i got a copy of my coe from my present employer and i realized that the date started i indicated in my application for NS is two months earlier than the correct start date indicated in my coe.will i have the chance to still correct it?

I just received my passport with visa stamp exactly 7 months to the day when i sent the initial application to sydney ns. they're really doing it as they say they will.
Be patience guys, yours will come in good time.
