cpa2canada,

Sa experience ko dumaan din ako sa "withdrawn" ang status ko using the file number from Nova Scotia. Pero wala ang phrase na "decision has been made"This happened after I sent my initial application to Nova Scotia CIO. But after sometime it was changed. Please see my earlier post. Actually ang na i post ko na iyan ay ang status ko using the old file number from Nova Scotia dahil hindi ko ma access ang status ko using the file number ng London. Although 3 days ago na access ko ito using the 2 file numbers.

Bro, kailan lumabas ang decision made na status? After sending your full application to London? Kailan ka nagkaroon ng withdrawn status? I pressume after sending initial application to Sydney?

Naguguluha din ako bro, sa status mo. To get a clearer picture, pakisagot muna bro ang queires ko above. God Bless.

cpa2canada,

My e mail is rowell @ rasass.com.sa. Did you receive letter from Nova Scotia? If you received it I suppose they told you that you have to submit your full application with supporting docs to London within 120 days. kung ang decision made na comment ay happens before you receive 120 days letter then wala ka dapat i worry.

I read somewhere, na sometimes they commit mistakes. The fact that you received the 120 days letter with a file number then you must have passed the initial screening stage in Nova Scotia.

Guys,

Got a work later at 11PM.  I've to sleep now, but I can't...

I think, I'm withdrawing my application... then re-apply in the 38 ASAP while iron is still hot... Though I'm working in the Satellite industry now... Sayang naman yung 3 yrs profession ko nun as College Instructor (2002 to 2005) di ba?

If I pursue this now... & got a positive result,

Chrislance & Aspire, how can I accommodate the medicals of my family if they are in the Phils?  May 2010 pa kasi ang uwi ko...

CPA2Canada, I think we need to talk regarding the IELTS & the police clearance...

All the best!

For our kids!

aor: 10/2007
ecas: 'in process' since 3/2008
(can still be withdrawn)

Mom2karl,

Update lang kita... I emailed the Visa Office and they responded. They did send me the letter na daw for medical request... Buti na lang talaga I emailed agad... They sent it daw June 23 pa... I already lost more than a month. THey have instructed me to get my docs personally at the Visa Office. Something really went wrong in the post office... Haay!

How much time do they usually give you to submit medical results? I hope they will extend mine.

Hi CPA2... I think they can email the 2nd AOR, but the medical requests, I am not sure. They did say in the email that they sent it thru postal office. They have instructed me to get my medical request personally instead. So, I got to go to the Visa Office pa.

It just sort of saying that they are acknowledging the receipt of your docs and that you will be expecting a response within 45 days. And should you not hear from them after 45 days, you may contact them directly. :-)

You will also get your new file number and 6 stickers with the new file number indicated.

arexie,

kita mo na, nauna pa pala i-release yung sayo kesa sakin, kaya lang, mas efficient ata yung post office ng las pinas :-)

congrats!  so it's true that they will respond within 45 days otherwise you should contact them.

it says in the letter "you have to make arrangements for your medical examination within 60 days from receipt of this letter."   confused lang ako sa 60-day deadline kung within that period, tapos na ang examination or within that period, nasa kanila na yung resuls.  i'm thinking it's the former.  it also includes pala the request to pay rprf.  pa-medical ka na agad kasi 1 of the clinics, nationwide, submits results daw in about 10 to 15 days, st. luke's mas mabilis daw, about a week's time or less, that is, if you are in manila.  there are clinics din kasi in cebu, davao & baguio.

if you think you need to regain the time you lost because the of post office issue, then you need to send a request to them asap, otherwise you will lose more time while waiting for their reply.

i'm sure you can relax now.  after medicals, tuloy tuloy na yan!

i asked nationwide regarding the deadline, and they told me its for the time you take your medicals. not for the time they receive your results. it makes sense because they may ask for additional tests that takes months for the result to come out.

Thanks Mom2karl... Finally, I can relax now! I just got the document today from the Visa Office. I had to go 2x today... The first time to make a request for the med request forms and the 2nd time to pick them up (which is after their office hrs). But, I can't complain! I think this is the timing that God has planned for me.

Good luck to us!

Hi soon to be Canadians!

While all of you are still very active in this forum, just want to ask this now in advance...

Like... when medical request comes in, and I'm still in Saudi, but my family is in the Phils...

Now, do I need to go home (Phils) first to accomodate the medical?
Or can my family just take theirs in the Phils while I take mine here, separately?

Kaya lang pano ung submission ng result namin diba?
Supposed to be our medicals should be submitted in just ONE medical folder, right?

Did this kind of situation happened before?

For our kids!
