Naku, kung 45days rin lang eh lagpas na ang application ko dun. 45 calendar day from the date of the email ng immigration is March 13, 2010. 45th working day naman is March 31, 2010.

I have already sent the Embassy an email regarding the status of my application and the bank draft. Ang sabi lang eh naka-queue daw application ko and I just have to wait because they will not respond any further to any correspondence regarding the matter. Di nga sinagot about the bank draft eh. So I tried yung Case-Spacific Enquiry form online to inquire regarding my bank draft. ang sabi lang eh they will notify me of the refund after they have reviewed my application. Ang labo talaga. I have hired an immigration consultant pero they are not very helpful kaya di ko na sila masyado kinakausap. Ayokong lalo mastress sa kanila. I decided to wait na lang until may result na yung visa application ko. Kasi baka maka-affect negatively yung pangungulit ko sa application ko... I wonder if anyone have experienced the same concerns that I have right now...

Napansin ko nga yung ibang nasa forum halos kasabay ko nag-apply (nauna lang ako ng few days) pero pinagmedical na sila... Ako hindi pa  Bakit kaya ganun? Dahil kaya sa profession (NOC)?

it seems we have the same track... na sobrang delayed...
i'm thinking tuloy, we have the same visa officer...
thank GOD! akala ko nag iisa ako.
if i try to recall, okay naman lahat documents na submit ko
proof of funds is complete at nasatisfy ko naman...

i'm really wondering kung ano na nangyari,
sana ng vacation leave lang yung visa officer at pag balik niya eh medicals na
plus sana may kasama ng RPRF and PPR! hehe!

hello! i just wanna say na nakakatuwa mga tao dito. di kayo nagsasawang sumagot sa mga questions
and i must say i can relate to most of you. esp. the feeling na naiinip, natetense sa kakaantay and sa paghahanap
ng gagawin para lang di na maisip itong application but still check pa din ng check ng status sa ecas hehe

eto pala ang aking timeline:
submitted full app: march 10
2nd AOR: march 17
in process: march 26

hello! ok lang ba for proof of funds yun bank certificate under spouse name only which is not the principal applicant?
pero meron din nman other bank certificate under sa name nmin 2. will they consider the bank cert w/o principal applicant's name?!?

Need your comments for my problem.. i had my 120 notification since the end of feb 2010. My scheduled IELTS exam is on April 17 2010. But last March 27 2010 my grandmom died and immediately requested IDP to have a transfer date for my examination which is on June 26 2010. But I was notified by my agency that I need to accomplish my exam ASAP due to the 120 days notification.. Due to this situation I dont know what to do now.... Is there any consideration given due to my situation...

friends.. sorry im in a hurry but i have 1 question because im about to go a doctor for a check up. for those who have taken their medical pls indicate/elaborate what are included in the blood test. did they have to check ur TSh, T3, T4, hormones (if there are any imbalance)? because i have symptoms of hypothyroidism and/or hormonal imbalance. im thinking of going to an endocrinologist and OB to have them checked but if the general check up by the DMp doesnt include that then i might not go anymore because that will cause more delay (i will have to tell the DMP officer abt it right)... i am hoping for a real quick reply (hehehe) thanks sooo muct mwah mwuah!

lumbar, i regret to tell u this but the VO will not give u any extention. i suggest you find a nice testing date between now and May because your result will be out after 2 weeks of taking the exam. u cant risk not taking it on earlier date because ur 120 days will expire i believe end of july...

i was desperately thinking na po kasi to write them a letter and give them a bank draft in case na they are having problems debiting my credit card.

sa tingin myo po ba eh magandang move ito....desperate move na talaga eh.

Give yourself a week before making any move...What mode of communication have you indicated in your initial application? Was it thru email? If by post, consider some delays...

Be positive that you will be receiving your AOR in the next 7 days...

hi there!  in my knowledge yung PE is not really a general check up.  Importante wala kang TB, hepatitis at saka AIDS.  Katulad nang ginagawa rin nang US embassy for their medical check up. 

Yung status ko received by visa office pa rin.  Sana by next week it will change to ... in PROCESS.

I am so stress lately... yung sa visa natin at saka .. CRNE. i will be getting kasi the exam if puede sana sa october.  So i might start reviewing next month na...

they do urine, blood, x-ray, physical exam that include a breast exam, interview, thats it. If they dont ask about thyroid, dont tell. they have their way of making as make amin sa lahat ng sakit natin. basta pag di tinanong, deadma lang. hehehe

If in case itanong nila, and parang feeling nila something to investigate, the worst they can let you do would be additional tests lang. Give you meds if needed.

I agree with other members, TB, Hepa at AIDS lang ang magkakaproblem sa medicals and of course certain diseases that will make us a liability sa kanila.

CIC strictly follow the 120 day period. Try evry way to comply. They dont give extensions...

is this aor the 1st one or the 2nd?

if its the 1st, dapat magamit mo ang file number to open ecas within a week.

if it's the 2nd, within a week din but u may try using the 1st number
