about ur case naman, feeling ko malapit na ung med request mo kasi asa in process kna.. cguro nadedelay lang sa postmail pero better nga na mag-email ka sknila kasi wala namang case un, worried ka lang kamo na baka hindi dumating ung payment, etc..matagal narin from the time na nagsend ka ng payment ah..

UU nga eh, ang hirap talaga bubbles...pero na check ko na sa bank at encashed na ang check na pinadala ko last march 30 pa lang at same bank din ang para sa POF ko, at sai nila walang tawag mula embassy inquiring my funds, basta encashed a lang yong Php36,550 na check...sana nga bubbles, at nag email na rin ako just a while ago at me acknowledgment na kaya sana bulkas me reply na at sana good newes....HeeeeeHHHh...

yan sabi ng agent ko one way of knowing nag gumagalaw application is the encashment of your MCs.....pero di ko na try check sa bank eh.

Nakakatuwa naman ang mga updates niyo guys...Kahit sumasakit na mga mata ko sa kakabas pero okay lang...

Nakakarelate din ako kay "imbubbles"  about her feeling sa mga susunod na mangyayari...Yung kelan lalabas na in-process na yung sa E-cas...Normally ba guys how long will it take for the E-cas to change to in-process? Kasi sa dami ng posts dito nalilito na ko...Today is my 30th day from the time I received my 2nd AOR though their letter was actually 11 days earlier.Mejo magkalapit lang naman kasi time line namin ni imbubbles. Kaso mukhang mas mabilis ang visa office sa manila (as what I have read from the previous posts)...My visa office kasi is london since nakabased ako dito sa Bahrain.

Tama nga na mixed emotions yung mararamdaman...Cant help on thinking what will be the outcome of their assessment. Gusto ko na din makita girlfriend ko...

its been almost 2 months and still i havent recieved my med request...anybody kows the email add of cio manila. kasi I emialed them twice na at wala man lng automatic reply sa email ko. I would be glad if you could give me the email add for inquiry sa CIO/VO sa manila office... thanks to all

Can't think why it was immediately apparent that it is you who will receive the letters from the Embassy considering that you have asked for their services...

Just want to know the facts...On the first letter I supposed that was the letter from the CIO. What was their assessment? Did they instruct you to submit full application to the visa office you have selected?

Considering that you receive the second letter, I think that was the 120 days deadline for you to submit your full application...What have you done when you received the first letter? The third letter I think was the advice that your file has been closed due to inactivity..Might as well consider this as a "denied application" .

I wanted to give you some notes related to this but I cant since dont know the details of the letters.

In terms of your plan, that is a good plan actually since mejo mabilis pag ganong mga cases.I suggest you visit the CIC site regarding a relative sponsorship.


Good day po. I just need your opinion and help. Last Feb 2008, I applied for an immigrant visa through a consulting firm. The firm implied that it is a transparent application wherein I will be the one receiving the letters from Canadian Embassy and I will just update them. I already received 3 letters : 1st letter (June 2008) confirmation letter along with file number, 2nd letter (Dec 2008) asking if Im gonna quit the application or continue with it; and 3rd letter (Dec 2009) I  have to wait for 2 years + 1 year to put my application in Active file. My application then is when I was still single but got married last Aug 2008. I havent updated my status. I think 3 years of waiting is long enough for me...hehe. So here's my plan, my wife has an aunt in Vancouver. She is willing to invite/sponsor my wife to Canada but dont know the step-by-step process dahil may edad na rin.

If this is a good idea, can u guys help me on how to go with Sponsorship to Canada so I can advise my wife's aunt. Is it faster than my previous application and is it safe for I havent declared that Im married to her? Can u guys suggest more if this is a bad idea? Hope to hear from you po.
