hello i would like to ask about possibly being denied for visa... my aunt who is in canada's permanent visa was delayed to release on november or next year and my application for perm res (FSW) is already in the canadian embassy. im waiting for the verdict and a lot of people say that i will be denied but im still hopeful. i would like to ask if i get denied will re-applying be troublesome when i have a history of being denied? i will just wait for my aunt's perm res on february 2011

 Hello! Ganyan din other relatives ko, nagtatanong ng ganyan. Yung aunt ko nga rin (nasa Toronto) inip na inip na sa amin inaantay na kami family, lagi tinatanong mother ko kapag tatawag yun. Malapit na nga mag-retire si auntie. This year yata or by next year. Kasi yung application namin since July 2005 pa!  |

Kasi yung application namin since July 2005 pa! hi lyn, matagal na pala ang applcn nyo...bakit? hindi ka nag reapply sa bagong laws nila ngayon, yong 6-12 mos? kc nabasa ko sa regulation sa offcial web ng embassy na pwede mag reapply yong mag old applicants.. |

hello, bakit naman ganoon? sana hindi naman kc ang hirap maghintay ng matagal tapos denied lang...bakit, ano ba ang mga reasons na magsasabi cla na possibleng denied? |

congrats char!  finally may 2010 applicant na rin who got their medical request! seems like the agony of waiting for the medical request is finally over for you! and that leaves the rest of us to wait wait wait agonizingly day by day... lol!  so it took 2 months from the time you submitted your full documents... where are you from pala? are you in manila? or in the province? because it took almost two weeks from the date of the medical notice before it reached you. |

e ayun kasi mukha pera yung consultant ko... nagtatanong ako ng maayos... oo lng ng oo.. tapos di pala ako eligible kasi nga d pa perm res tita ko... on the process palang... hayyy... sana lang maraming mag pray sa akin na d ako ma denied... need ko talaga maka help sa family,,, terminally ill ang dad ko.. |
