hi maharlika! i plan to settle in saskatchewan for few years cguro... it will all depend nalang if i will like it there or not, hehe.. pero dun kami magla-land. Saan ka?? And char, saan karin?

just want to share pala na i submitted my full docs to my agent/consultant today but since there was a change in my present position, they returned one of my JDs and required me to attach an affidavit daw. grrr.. so delay ulit! Im just worried because they said it will cause problem.. at the time i was filed pala in Canada (CIO?) i was already in my current position which is 1 rank higher than my declared position.. Ang bilis ng pag change, e. i didn't tell my agent because i thought i will tell them about the changes during the updates (120 days) na. and actually, i thought i was filed 1 week before i was promoted pero hindi pala.. turned out i was filed almost 2 weeks after i was promoted..do u guys think this is a major prob?

medyo magkalapit pala tayo kc plan ko sa manitoba by God's will...with regardsd to your docs just be patient na lang kc important talaga yon, pag hindi kc consistent ang record mo esp ang history isa yan sa maka delay accdg sa guideline sa web ng canadian embassy...basta just make sure na ma submit ang full docs mo with in 120 days kc walang xtension ang 120 days na bigay nila...good luck and sana we'll all be happy to have our visas someday...

i'm not really sure, but my friend was asked to present medical certificate for her baby.
ang alam ko required yun immunization record, pero i'm not sure kung sila ang magtutuloy ng vaccination.

tnx, nag alala ako kc me frnd ako na nagpa medical, kung sabagay for US yon sa kanya, she spent kc around 15,000 pesos at mag isa lang cya ha, sa exam lang talaga yon..

wala pa ako nag start ng application sa manitoba, pero nakuha ko na mga reqirements and procedures to apply as a nurse doon, hinintay ko kc ang update mula sa embassy kc gusto ko meron ng medical request bago ko e pass mga requirements sa manitoba dahil 1 year lang ang ibibigay nila na palugit f ever qualified na mag register doon..kailangan na with in 1 year mag take na ng CRNE f qualified...me positive outlook kc ako dahil more than ten years ang experience ko, which most likely isa sa mga basehan...kaya here i am sometimes mag day dream na ako na sana... sana..

wow 10 years? im sure maquaqualify ka kaagad at wala ng SEC (if meron sa manitoba)... sa SK din 1 year ibibigay nilang time para magtake ng CRNE, pero 1 year from the time na nag-apply ka for GN.. eh d ako agad mag aapply ng GN unless sure narin ako dito. dami kong palpak eh, haha! august 2009 ready na actually lahat ng papers ko, pero nagkaprob sa barayan kaya sept ako nag submit at naifile ng oct.. after 2 mos may 120 days email na ako pero ang dami ko ulit palpak.. isa na dun ung each page dapat signed.. imaging 5 employers ko, parang nag back to 1 ako, hirap pa naman nila hagilapin. now na okay na, itong change status naman... well... basta makaaalis okay lanag, kahit napapagod

been reading this particular portion of the forum for sometime...really it helps me a lot.thanks for the info guys really appreciate it.just want to share my dilemma right now.i applied last july 2009 got the reply from NS sept, sent my docs at the embassy last dec 30,2009.unfortunately they were asking for the police certificate, i used to work in an arab country and it would really take time to release the said certificate....i submitted an affidavit and i hope that it will suffice the reviewer.....just had my medical examination last week ......and now am keeping praying hard that they will still process my docs despite the delay of that police certificate....

to tell you frankly, the exchange of information eased my anxiety, kala ko ako lang ang na-aanxious kasi i kept counting days and months for the next step,lol!marami pala tayong ganun!

ganoon talaga imbubbles, pero rewarding naman d ba? na kahit gaano kahirap in the end, successful pa rin...sa manitoba ganoon din f hndi mag qualify para mag CRNE kaagad, undergo ng GN, f hindi pa rin qualified mag GN, mag competency assessment pa then f hindi pa rin, mag bridging program na...so matagal na at costly pa...pero para sa akin ok lang basta magkaroon ng trabaho pagdating sa canada, anyway, we pinoys are diligent and innovative so mas madali tayong mag adjust at mag forward...

don't worry too much as long as you make explanations to the embassy personnel in the way they can understand you, they will consider it, yan din ang ginagawa ng mga consultants

u were talking about police certificates... are u currently in Arab country? Because as I understand, police cert is current, so if you are now here in the Phils for more than 6 mos. so d2 ka na hingi ng NBI clearance, kung employment cert, yun hingi ka from ur previous employer and included with that is your Arab employer...

hailo, sabay ba nila sinabi na u need to submit a police clearance/cert and do your medical exam na? kasi is that's the case, parang ok ka na. pero wala pang visa stamping until they receive ung clearance.. pero its also possible that they will accept ur written explanation and will give u ur visa withour the police clearance...
