hello everybody! would it be good to gather documents kahit wla pang AOR from NS? excited kasi ako. hi mimi! that's the best thing that u can do to save time  matagal ko na nakuha AOR ko pero until now d pa ako nagsubmit sa visa office dahil hirap makakuha ng JD. I actually had mine na pero nagconsultant ako and they insist na kailangan per page ung may sign! kaya gawin mo na except for the NBI kasi 6 months lang un pag immigration |

hi mimi! that's the best thing that u can do to save time matagal ko na nakuha AOR ko pero until now d pa ako nagsubmit sa visa office dahil hirap makakuha ng JD. I actually had mine na pero nagconsultant ako and they insist na kailangan per page ung may sign! kaya gawin mo na except for the NBI kasi 6 months lang un pag immigration thanx imbubbles! pwede na rin ba ako magsecure ng JD? pagka alam ko kasi dapat up to date. can it still be considered up to date kng halimbawa 3 mos old na sya? buti ka pa my consultant. di ko kaya eh.  |

@ mimi -- yup nagconsultant narin ako kasi parang nalilito ako dati, common-law kasi sana ako pero ngaun kasal na kami yup puwede kna mag secure ng JD mo basta confident ka na nasunod mo ung pattern na gusto ng CIC ha? dba merong pattern dun? Dun kasi ako natatagalan, 2 mos na ung 1st AOR ko tapos ngaun may dalawa pa ako papa-sign sa magkaibang employer.. saka ung JD wala namang nakasulat na date dun eh, ang meron sa certificate. Meron ako ceritifcates given 2008-2009 pa pero okay lang daw un, pero ung present employer ko feb 2010.. basta meron ka daw UP TO PRESENT at 2 months baka may AOR kna |

i c. pagkaintindi ko kasi employment certificate is a contract. yng JD kasama na sa letter of reference. i work for the government. yng employment contract namin has no date. I havn't heard of the medical being requested thru email...I just don't know with the others. But mostly, it's thru postal mail since medical forms for the DMP to fill up are also included in the mail. Unless there are other exceptions, I guess... |

@ mimi i work for the govt din... and i forgot to add kailangan nga magsecure ng contract. And if your working in the gov't, you need service record or appointment letter (yan iyong kapalit ng contract) then the JD and the employment certificate |
