Help please...I am from Manila and this is my first time to get an NBI Clearance...in what NBI office do I go? Where is it located? Is there a long queue? How long does it usually take? Can i get it the same day? Thank you.

for nbi clearance, you go to nbi office. i don't know where in manila though.. well if you're there early then you get to line first. if your name would be a hit then it may take about 5 working days but if not. then you can claim it on the same day.

NBI main office is in Taft Avenue (near UN Ave).  but i think they have some satellite offices where you can request a clearance

hello mga kabayan.. i have some concerns about my application.. i would really appreciate to hear feedbacks from you guys.

1. me and my partner are applying in canda as common-law now the required money for the 2 people is canadian $13486 = 606,870 PHP ($1=45 php), now my concern is that, we have now 600k php... so we will provide about 610k php. for the bank certificate.. will that be enough? or should we put more amount? will it really matter? or no?

2. will we be able to get all the documents back? after everything? its because we passed all the original papers and documents?

maybe that's enough already. anyway, if they ask again for a bank cert, the deposit will be a little higher bcoz of the interest, right? of course having more than what is required is better, but not too much i guess

Do not send originals unless it is specifically mentioned in the letter from CIC if your received any. Send notarized photocopies of your employment certificates.

I read in CIC website that only "current" resident of Saudi Arabia is required to submit PCC in Saudi; but I read in other topic/thread that non-current resident in Saudi that are based in the US are required to submit PCC from Saudi. I have stayed in KSA last 2004-2005. Do I need to submit PCC from saudi? Other thread said it will take 3-6months if you applied in the embassy can anybody clarify this?

 @  aspire:

CIC office in Buffalo are requiring former resident of saudi a PCC; while it is stated in CIC website that only current resident are required to submit. This is confusing. Just hoping that Manila visa office will not require PCC as Buffalo does. Thanks..
